Flexible evening and weekend shifts are available to accommodate patient needs outside traditional hours.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in NJ.
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new patients.
- Collaborate with treatment team to develop care plans.
- Oversee and administer Spravato treatments.
- Monitor patients during treatment sessions.
- Educate patients on risks and benefits of Spravato.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers.
- Provide immediate interventions during psychiatric emergencies.
- Advocate for patient needs.
