Job summary

Northeast Health Services in Springfield, MA, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative outpatient team and advance evidence-based mental health care.

You will conduct psychiatric assessments, manage medications, document promptly, and work with in-house therapists, with access to TMS and Spravato; we offer comprehensive benefits, loan repayment support, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified in Massachusetts.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych preferred.
• Outpatient setting experience is a plus.
• Experience with patients across the lifespan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians who provide psychotherapy.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato
