Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our outpatient mental health team in Massachusetts. You will provide psychiatric assessment, manage pharmacotherapy, and work with therapists to integrate care using innovative treatments like TMS and Spravato.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych certification preferred.
• Experience working in outpatient settings.
• Experience working with clients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing pharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato
