Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification preferred.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists providing psychotherapy services.
