Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Washington state. You will provide psychiatric assessments, manage medications, and work with a multidisciplinary team including therapists.

Interventional treatments like TMS and Spravato are part of the program, with a focus on evidence-based care and growth opportunities. Licensed and board-certified candidates with behavioral health experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required).
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
• Experience in outpatient settings and with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with mental health clinicians delivering psychotherapy.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
