Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Washington. The role emphasizes collaborative care with in-house therapists, delivering psychiatric assessments, pharmacologic management, and interventional treatments such as TMS and Spravato.

Applicants should be licensed and board-certified in the state, with behavioral health experience and PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified in the state (NP/PA)
• Behavioral health experience in outpatient settings required or preferred
• PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych preferred
• Experience with psychopharmacology management and collaborative care

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Administer interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
