Job summary
Eventus WholeHealth seeks a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will perform rounds, evaluate and manage mental health conditions, and work with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care and residents’ well‑being.
The role emphasizes proactive, value‑based care with no call and no weekends, supporting balance and sustainable practice in a collaborative setting.
Qualifications
- Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
- Strong patient-centered service and compassionate communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities.
- Conduct routine patient rounds and ongoing mental health evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans and continuity of care.
- Promote a therapeutic environment and support residents' emotional and cognitive well‑being.
