Job summary

Foundry Front Range is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Broomfield, CO for a full-time position under the Medical Director. The role combines patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication prescriptions, and ordering labs to deliver high-quality care.

Applicants must hold an MSN or PA degree, be Colorado-licensed (NP or PA-C) with DORA, and have 2+ years of clinical experience; psychiatric/substance abuse experience and BLS are preferred and required

Qualifications

• Masters of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be licensed in Colorado as a Nurse Practitioner or PA-C and registered with DORA.
• Minimum 2+ years experience; psychiatric/substance abuse experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assessment, diagnosis, and education with compassion.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Prescribe treatments, including medications and simple office procedures.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with JCAHO, BHA, and HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with Medical Providers and Directors to implement standard-of-care guidelines.
