Job summary

Adams Clinical seeks a Psychiatric NP or PA for a full-time Clinician – Medical Rater at our Dallas location. You will conduct structured interviews, diagnostic evaluations, and neuropsychological assessments under supervision to support psychiatric and neurological trials.

Responsibilities include physical and neurological examinations, review of labs and ECGs, adverse event assessment, and concomitant medication review to ensure protocol compliance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license; board certification preferred.
• Clinical experience in psychiatry, neurology, or related field.
• Comfort performing physical and neurological examinations and interpreting labs/ECGs.
• Availability to work weekdays, 9-5, in-person at Dallas office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical interviews, diagnostic assessments, and standardized rating scales for psychiatry and neurology trials.
• Perform physical and neurological examinations per protocol under PI/Sub-I supervision.
• Review laboratory reports and ECGs; escalate significant findings to PI/Sub-I.
• Assess and document adverse events and review concomitant medications for protocol compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced research environment.
