Job summary

Empathx Clinical Research in Houston is seeking a Clinical Rater who will conduct psychiatric and neurological assessments for clinical research studies. This position requires a licensed mental health professional with expertise in validated rating scales and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

The candidate must have a Master's degree in a related field and active licensure in Texas, with a strong background in clinical research and patient assessments.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree or higher in clinical psychology or related field.
• Active licensure or license-eligible status in Texas required.
• Minimum of two years experience administering psychiatric rating scales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments for clinical research studies.
• Administer validated rating scales according to protocols.
• Maintain participant confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
