Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider program (APRN or PA).
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina (NP/PA).
• Board certification if required by the Department; DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform physical assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with appropriate pharmacological therapy.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and adjust care accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and clinical programs.
