Job summary

Clearview Outpatient LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborate with community prescribers for PHP admissions in California.

The NP will provide pharmacological treatment when indicated, ensure medical necessity, and maintain timely documentation. On-site weekly availability and urgent support by phone are required, with outreach participation as needed.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in California.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families and staff.
• Experience with psychiatric evaluations, medication management and PHP/IOP settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and determine medical necessity for PHP admissions.
• Provide medication management as part of PHP treatment.
• Be available on-site at least weekly and by phone for urgent medication-related situations.
• Educate patients and families to improve treatment engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with staff and community providers; maintain medical records and documentation.
• Participate in outreach events as needed.
