Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP in the practicing state.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority.
• 1 year of psychiatry practice required; 3 years experience a plus.
• Board Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations in-person and via telemedicine.
• Prescribe medications as needed to reduce symptoms.
• Create and collaborate on comprehensive care plans with clients.
• Complete and manage required paperwork and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on patient programs.
