Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed as an Advanced Practiced Nurse in Wisconsin.
- DEA license required.
- 3-5 years’ experience prescribing.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial psychiatric evaluations and develop care plans.
- Prescribe and implement therapeutic regimens.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with treatment teams.
- Document patient encounters in a timely manner.
