Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical services for youth and adults in a crisis facility. You will stabilize individuals in crisis, perform assessments, and coordinate with community and legal systems for ongoing care.

The role requires PA RN and APRN licensure, DEA registration, and experience in crisis mental health. Benefits are offered for full-time staff; 24/7 operations and various shift options are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license and APRN credentials required.
• Unrestricted DEA license and state registrations needed.
• Experience in crisis mental health or related settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychiatric assessments, crisis interventions, risk assessments, and medication management.
• Lead clinical team, update treatment plans, manage discharge planning, coordinate with outpatient care.
• Complete clinical records, review health assessments, and order labs.
• Complete petitions for emergency custody and testify in hearings when required.
