Job summary

Access Healthcare Associates, part of Brigade Health, seeks a PMHNP to deliver geriatric psychiatric care in homes and senior living settings. You’ll work independently within a collaborative team, building strong relationships with patients, families, and care partners.

This role emphasizes autonomy with field-based support, structured onboarding, and a focus on dementia, mood and anxiety management, and improving emotional well-being for older adults.

Qualifications

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility settings.
  • Diagnose and manage mood disorders, anxiety, dementia-related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with geriatric considerations.
  • Provide crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when clinically indicated.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and facility care teams for coordinated care.
  • Build trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, families, and community partners.

Your Responsibilities Include
  • Conductingcomprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility-based settings.
  • Diagnosing and managing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dementia-related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.

Competitive Compensation
  • Guaranteed Base Salary + Productivity
  • Total annual compensation range: $150,000–$200,000+, based on experience, caseload, and availability.
