Job summary

Brigade Health, through Access Healthcare Associates, seeks a dedicated PMHNP to provide geriatric psychiatric services in home and senior living settings. This role blends independent practice with strong team collaboration to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to seniors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations of geriatric patients in home or facility settings.
• Diagnose and manage mood, anxiety, and dementia-related behavioral symptoms.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications for older adults.
• Provide crisis intervention and family education as needed.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility-based settings.
• Diagnosing and managing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dementia-related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.
• Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications with careful consideration of comorbidities and geriatric physiology.
• Providing crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when clinically indicated.
• Collaborating with primary care providers, therapists, and facility care teams to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.
• Building trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, families, and community partners.
• Maintaining consistent, accurate clinical documentation and follow-through.

Competitive Compensation

• Guaranteed Base Salary + Productivity
• Total annual compensation range: $150,000–$200,000+, based on experience, caseload, and availability.

What You’ll Bring

Pay Range for Posted Region: $140,000 USD - $200,000 USD
