Join SEARHC, Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium, as our Medical Director of Psychiatry. This role offers the flexibility to work in-person in Juneau, Alaska, or via Telepsychiatry from our office in Renton, Washington, with semi-regular travel to Juneau.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading psychiatric care delivery
2. Collaborating with the SVP of Behavioral Health to enhance clinical excellence, patient experience, workflow efficiency, and fiscal management
3. Aligning efforts with SEARHC's strategic goals

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary between $400,000 and $445,000 per year
• $25,000 annual leadership stipend
• No on-call responsibilities
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Location options: Renton, WA (Telepsychiatry from office) or Juneau, AK (in-person)
• Requirements: 5 years' post-residency clinical experience in direct patient care; 2 years' experience in medical leadership roles such as medical director
