Sumo Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Psychiatry Physician for locum shifts in Osawatomie, Kansas. This position offers immediate start, ongoing work, competitive market rates, and benefits.

The Psychiatry Role:

• Full-time locum inpatient Psychiatry at a state facility
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• In-person only; no telepsychiatry
• Occasional call: 1-2 times per month

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Kansas state license
• Board Certification preferred, with experience working with severely mentally ill patients
• Kansas State DEA registration
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Urine drug screen, background check, and CPI 2-day course completion required
• Orientation: 7 working days
• Credentialing: Three supervising reference responses needed
