The Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician position offers locum tenens roles across multiple locations in California, focusing on adult inpatient care. Candidates will manage 8-15 patients per day in a supportive environment, with no weekends or on-call responsibilities. The role requires a CA state license and provides competitive pay, malpractice insurance, and options for full-time or part-time assignments.

Locations:

• Full-time: Corcoran, Crescent City, Delano, San Luis Obispo, Soledad, Stockton, Vacaville
• Part-time: Delano, San Luis Obispo, Susanville
• One to two days per week: Corcoran, Corona, Tehachapi

Description:

Are you a dedicated professional eager to make a significant impact? These inpatient roles, available both full-time and part-time, offer competitive pay and excellent benefits across California. Positions range from 6 to 12 months with potential for extension. Credentialing takes approximately 6-12 weeks. Responsibilities include ongoing treatment (PIP) and assessment/diagnosis (OP). Support teams are available at each location, with multiple providers (2-5) per site.

Requirements:

• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Residency Completion Certificate (Non-BC accepted)
