Position Details
  • Full Time
  • Hours: Flexible schedule, 4x10
  • Employment Type: Employed
  • Patient Load: Approximately 20% clinical, 80% administrative
  • Call Schedule: No call required
  • Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
  • Compensation: Base salary of $385,000+
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including generous PTO (eight weeks annually), two health insurance options for employees and children, employer-paid life insurance and AD&D, and a 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and up to 5% employer match (Roth and after-tax options available). Additional benefits include up to $5,000 and 40 hours of Category 1 CE credits. Optional voluntary benefits include dental, vision, and supplementary life insurance.
Additional Information

Requirements include a medical degree from an accredited medical school, Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and an unrestricted Alaska Medical License and current DEA certificate.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise a collaborative team of medical professionals including primary care providers, mental health prescribers, nurses, and support staff.
  2. Provide direct outpatient client care, including psychiatric assessments for new patients and ongoing care for existing patients.
  3. Identify systemic issues in medical and psychiatric care and develop solutions.
  4. Develop and implement medical and psychiatric policies.
