Job summary

Mindful Therapy Group is seeking clinicians in Washington to partner in private practice with comprehensive operational support. The role emphasizes in-person care across multiple WA locations and opportunities to build your patient panel with coaching and referrals.

Providers receive credentialing, billing, scheduling, and technology support, plus mentorship through our NP Mentorship Program for eligible PMHNPs. Ownership and growth are core benefits.

Qualifications

• Active ARNP license, or willingness to obtain one.
• Active RN and advanced practice nursing licenses, required prescribing credentials, and DEA registration.
• Ability to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, medication management, and timely follow-up care.
• Commitment to safe, patient-centered care and high clinical, prescribing, legal, and ethical standards.
• Consistent availability and timely documentation.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice.
• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials.
• Interest in providing consistent in-person care.

Applicants must reside in Washington to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Greater Seattle Area, Bellevue, Lacey, Mountlake Terrace, Southcenter, Spokane, Tacoma, and Vancouver.
