Qualifications

• Active RN license and advanced practice nursing licenses, required prescribing credentials, and DEA registration
• Ability to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, medication management, and timely follow-up care

Please note: Applicants must reside in Oregon to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Portland Metropolitan Area, Bend, Clackamas, Eugene, Medford, and West Salem.
