Job summary

Mindful Therapy Group is recruiting Nurse Practitioners to own and grow their private practice across Oregon. The opportunity includes professional support with referrals, marketing, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and technology, enabling clinicians to build a thriving local practice.

Clients are served in-person with access to mentorship and accounting support, ensuring compliant, patient-centered care and predictable practice outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active ARNP license or willingness to obtain one.
• Active RN and advanced practice nursing licenses, required prescribing credentials, and DEA registration.
• Ability to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management.
• Commitment to safe, patient-centered care and high clinical, prescribing, legal, and ethical standards.
• Strong documentation and timely clinical notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Manage medications and follow-up care for patients.
• Grow your patient panel with referral and marketing support.
• Maintain compliant practice operations with credentialing and billing support.
• Utilize secure EHR and technology tools.
• Participate in NP mentorship and professional guidance.

Please note: Applicants must reside in Oregon to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Portland Metropolitan Area, Bend, Clackamas, Eugene, Medford, and West Salem.
