Peak Mental Healthcare in Sandy, Utah is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient clinical team. This role involves providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and ongoing care for adult and adolescent patients in an outpatient setting.

Formación

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Active Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Ability to treat adult and adolescent populations.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills.
• Prior PMHNP experience preferred, but not required.

Work Location: Hybrid - Sandy, UT
In-Person Expectation: Approximately 1-3 days per week based on practice needs; schedule is negotiable
Schedule: Up to five 8-hour shifts per week once fully ramped
Patient Population: Adults and adolescents (13+)
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience), plus a monthly RVU-based productivity bonus and $5,000 sign-on bonus with a 12-month commitment

New providers begin in a part-time, hourly/non-exempt capacity during the ramp-up period, which typically lasts approximately one month before transitioning to full-time, depending on patient volume and practice needs.
