Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, with a monthly RVU-based productivity bonus and a $5,000 sign-on bonus with a 12-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Active Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Ability to treat adult and adolescent populations.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Provide medication management and individualized treatment planning
• Deliver ongoing psychiatric care for adults and adolescents
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support continuity of care
• Participate in case discussions and clinical collaboration as appropriate
• Follow all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements

Location: Hybrid - Denver, CO
Schedule: Up to five 8-hour shifts per week once fully ramped
Patient Population: Adults and adolescents (13+)
Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience), plus a monthly RVU-based productivity bonus and $5,000 sign-on bonus with a 12-month commitment

New providers begin in a part-time, hourly/non-exempt capacity during the ramp-up period, which typically lasts approximately one month before transitioning to full-time, depending on patient volume and practice needs.
