Peak Mental Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient clinical team in a hybrid Sandy, UT setting. You will perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for adults and adolescents.

New providers start part-time during ramp-up, then transition to full-time as volume grows. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 annually, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a monthly RVU-based productivity bonus, with

Formación

• Board-certified PMHNP with current NP license and DEA registration.
• Ability to treat adult and adolescent populations (13+).
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication.
• PMHNP experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Provide medication management and individualized treatment planning.
• Deliver ongoing psychiatric care for adults and adolescents.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support continuity of care.
• Participate in case discussions and clinical collaboration as appropriate.
• Follow all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain active licensure and required clinical credentials.
