About the job:

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications as necessary, and ensure all care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Operate independently without hospital or clinic affiliation, practicing in the best interest of patients without corporate interference.
• Work within growing teams of therapists and prescribers. During onboarding, meet potential team members and find suitable matches.
• Participate in regular team staffing, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases and clinical topics.
• Perform clinical work from home, with flexible days and hours according to your preference, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Virtual team meetings and conferences are part of the role.
• Attend at least one clinical conference weekly during the first 90 days, then at least one monthly thereafter.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a PMHNP license and be open to licensing in other states.
• Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Robust clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosis and psychopharmacology, with familiarity in non-pharmacological interventions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Compensation:

Hourly salary range: $70 - $100 USD
