Job summary

LifeStance Health in Utah is seeking a fully licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide both medication management and therapy for adults and/or children/adolescents.

This hybrid role offers 2–3 days in office and 1–2 days remote, above-market compensation with sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. DEA and prescriptive authority required; bilingual abilities (Spanish+) are a plus; must have PMHNP certification and Utah license.
