Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a PMHNP in Utah to deliver medication management and therapy, supporting children, adolescents, and adults. This role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work options, comprehensive benefits, and a competitive compensation model.

Must hold Utah PMHNP licensure, DEA, and prescriptive authority with clinic-wide collaboration and patient-centered care at the core.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Utah as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• DEA license and prescriptive authority required.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Clinical experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric NP care including medication management and psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Participate in hybrid work model: 2–3 days in office, 1–2 days remote.

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification. We do not accept FNP's or APRNP or PA's.
• MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED PMHNP.
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA.
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

$169,000 - $251,000 a year

W2, Full Time Employment with full benefits package
