Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Utah to support adult and/or child/adolescent behavioral health care. The role features a hybrid schedule—2–3 days in office and 1–2 days remote—with generous, productivity-based compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications include Utah licensure as PMHNP, at least 2 years of PMHNP experience, DEA and Prescriptive Authority. Bilingual Spanish+ is a plus; sign-on and additional incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Must have 2 years of PMHNP experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority and DEA.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.

Responsibilities

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification. We do not accept FNP's, APRNP or PA's.
• MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED PMHNP.
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA.
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

$195,000 - $251,000 a year
