Grow Therapy partners with board-certified PMHNPs to deepen clinical impact while building a sustainable, supported practice. You will work within a nationwide network, with robust operational support and a focus on diverse client populations.

The partnership covers credentialing, billing, integrated EHR, scheduling, and telehealth, plus a dedicated provider success team and marketing guidance. Flexible in-person, telehealth, or hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with 1+ year post-certification
• Licensed in Florida
• Carrying individual professional liability insurance
• Willing to collaborate with a physician or obtain one if required by state law
• Serving diverse populations, including insurance-based clients
