Grow Therapy is seeking board-certified PMHNPs in Utah to deepen clinical impact within a sustainable, supported practice.

Join a private nationwide provider network with dedicated provider success teams, payor navigation, and marketing guidance. Compensation up to $161/hour for insurance clients, hybrid/telehealth options, weekly direct deposit, and no fees or minimum visits. Utah license and 1+ year post-certification required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with 1+ year post-certification.
• Licensed in Utah.
• Carrying professional liability insurance.
• Willing to collaborate with a physician, or obtain one as required by state law.
• Serving diverse populations, including insurance-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care to clients.
• Collaborate with Grow Therapy's provider network.
• Engage in private-pay and insurance-based client care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and CE events.
