Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Part Time Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner to work in a team environment providing care to adults and adolescents in CHD’s Crisis Stabilization and Outpatient Clinic in Chicopee Massachusetts.This is an on-site position at our clinics.These programs treat individuals and families throughout thecarecontinuum. Services include but are not limited to individual counseling, psychiatry, recovery coaching, case management, treatment for substance use disorders, and peersupport.
