Job summary

Aspirus St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the 3W Psychiatry team on a part-time basis. You will work a day/night rotation with 12-hour shifts and every-other weekend coverage, at 0.6 FTE, under RN supervision to support daily patient care.

The LPN applies nursing care per MN Board guidelines, administers medications, and documents patient progress while collaborating with the care team to meet treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license to practice.
• BLS certification (Provider or Healthcare Provider).
• Wisconsin Background Study required upon hire.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications according to policy.
• Document and report patient progress.
• Deliver care under supervision of RN.
