United Security Inc. is seeking a Psychiatric Hospital Security Officer to patrol hospital campus areas, monitor entrances, and respond to security incidents with professionalism. The role focuses on safety, de-escalation, and excellent customer service in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Patrol buildings and grounds to ensure campus is secure and safe.
• Identify leaks and spills, inspect doors and locks on site to prevent potential hazards.
• Assist in managing crisis situations, de-escalate aggressive behavior, and perform patient restraints when required.
• Interact with patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance and directions when needed.
• Provide a high level of customer service to client employees, visitors and patients.
• Maintain order and enforce hospital rules and regulations to uphold a safe environment.
• Perform daily activity and incident reports as necessary.
• Projects a positive image in dress and decorum.

Hospital Security Officers Needed for Locked Medical Facility PRIOR LAW ENFORCEMENT/MILITARY/CORRECTIONS EXPERIENCE A PLUS!

2nd shift (3 pm - 11 pm) and 3rd shift (11 pm - 7 am) weekends required

Job Summary: USI is seeking high level security officers for a hospital campus. Job duties may include performing security patrols of designated areas by foot, observing for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards, maintaining access control of premises and monitoring entrances and exits, performing patient restraints and verbal de-escalation. Security Officers provide high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees and visitors in a polite and professional manner.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• MUST have hospital or concierge security experience
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Customer service experience preferred
• Speak clearly and concisely
• Ability to keep a neat and organized workstation
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to conduct foot patrols frequently

Responsibilities include:

• Knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders.
• Maintain order and enforce hospital rules and regulations to uphold a safe and respectful environment for all individuals on the premises.
• Perform daily activity reports and incident reports when necessary.
• Projects a positive image in dress and decorum.

Skill Requirements:

• Must have experience in providing detailed incident reports.
• Ability to be a team player and work in a team environment.
• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a fast-pace, dynamic environment.
