Job summary

Mindbloom is a national provider of psychedelic therapy delivering ketamine treatment for depression, anxiety, and PTSD. As a Psychiatric Clinician, you will evaluate clients via video, educate them on the therapy, and tailor care using our protocols to achieve the best outcomes.

You will work remotely with a supportive, mission-driven team and access ongoing clinical learning, licensure support, and collaboration with expert psychiatrists.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PMHNP or PA license in Illinois with active DEA registration.
• Minimum 6 months of psychiatric clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via video to assess client needs.
• Educate clients on therapy science, safety and the experience.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using established protocols and clinical judgment.
• Partner with care team to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
• Deliver exceptional client experience, building trust and confidence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and care model.

Role

As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for the best outcomes
• Partner with Mindbloom guides to give each client a coordinated, whole-person experience
• Provide an exceptional client experience that earns their trust, their satisfaction, and their confidence in the care you deliver
• Improve our clinical protocols and care model with insights from your work with clients

  • State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP or Psychiatric PA (minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience) licensed in Illinois with an active DEA registration

  The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 USD (based on 40 hours / week). The actual total annual compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and market data changes. Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We don't ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying.
