Job summary

Mindbloom is the first and largest national provider of ketamine therapy for depression, anxiety, and PTSD, delivering care 100% from home. This remote, part-time Clinician role offers the chance to evaluate clients via video, educate them on the science, and tailor treatment using our clinical protocols.

As a PMHNP licensed in Oregon, you’ll work with Mindbloom guides to deliver a coordinated, whole-person experience, grow clinically, and participate in ongoing protocol improvement.

Qualifications

• State Licensure: PMHNP licensed in Oregon with active DEA registration.
• Experience with psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, PTSD.
• Passion for psychedelic therapy and ability to work remotely on video

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via video to assess client needs and fit with Mindbloom.
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and experience of ketamine therapy; build informed confidence.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and tailored judgment for best outcomes.
• Partner with Mindbloom guides to provide a coordinated, whole-person experience.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that earns trust and satisfaction in care.
• Contribute to improving clinical protocols and care models from client interactions.

Role

As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for the best outcomes
• Partner with Mindbloom guides to give each client a coordinated, whole-person experience
• Provide an exceptional client experience that earns their trust, their satisfaction, and their confidence in the care you deliver
• Improve our clinical protocols and care model with insights from your work with clients

• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP (minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience) licensed in Oregon with an active DEA registration

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 USD (based on 40 hours / week). The actual total annual compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and market data changes. Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We don’t ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying.
