Job summary

Mindbloom is seeking a Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP/PA) licensed in Georgia to provide remote care for ketamine-assisted therapy. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations via video, educate clients on therapy, and tailor treatment using Mindbloom protocols.

Qualifications

• State licensure as Psychiatric-Mental Health NP or Psychiatric PA in Georgia.
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand clients’ needs and fit.
• Educate clients on science, safety, and the experience of psychedelic therapy.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and your judgment.
• Partner with Mindbloom guides to deliver a coordinated, whole-person experience.
• Provide an exceptional client experience that earns trust and satisfaction.

Role

As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for the best outcomes
• Partner with Mindbloom guides to give each client a coordinated, whole-person experience
• Provide an exceptional client experience that earns their trust, their satisfaction, and their confidence in the care you deliver
• Improve our clinical protocols and care model with insights from your work with clients

• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP or Psychiatric PA (minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience) licensed in Georgia with an active DEA registration

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 USD (based on 40 hours / week). The actual total annual compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and market data changes. We don’t ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying.
