MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center Psychiatry is seeking experienced registered nurses to join our part-time team. This 29-bed unit provides crisis stabilization and collaborative care, with a strong partnership with security and a welcoming, team-oriented nursing staff.

Qualified applicants hold an MD RN license (or Compact), have an ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL, and BLS. We offer relocation assistance, generous PTO, and tuition support to advance your education.

Qualifications

• RN nursing skills and clinical judgment required.
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs, from routine to complex.
• Assess evolving patient conditions, identify health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
• Intervene directly or coordinate with the nursing team to implement care.
