Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced nursing leader to plan, direct, and evaluate patient care during assigned shifts. This role models professional practice and promotes patient advocacy per nursing ethics guidelines.
The position requires BSN, Ohio licensure, BLS, and at least two years of nursing experience. Responsibilities include coordinating shift activities, coaching staff, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Shift: Days- 11pm- 7:30am
0.9 FTE (36 hours a week)- Monday - Friday, No weekends.
(Schedule- 5x 8-hour shifts and 4x 8-hour shifts on alternating weeks)

Base rate starts at $39.90, pay to be commensurate with experience. Plus $4.90 Night Shift Differential.
