Job summary

Mass General Brigham's McLean SouthEast unit seeks a part-time caregiver to provide direct care to patients with psychiatric disorders. The role involves patient safety, milieu maintenance, and therapeutic support within a team-based environment.

Shifts are 8 hours, three per week, with day and evening rotations. Flexibility on days is required. Experience with EHR and CPI training within 30 days of hire is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification and LNA licensure preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to work well collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with care and treatment of psychiatric patients.
• Advocate for patients needing additional support.
• Parent/Family counseling and training participation.
• Maintain safety and therapeutic milieu on the unit.
• Complete and file documentation promptly.
