• Patient Assessment & Monitoring: assess and document mental status and response to medications.
• Leadership & Charge Nurse Responsibilities: coordinate daily psychiatric nursing operations.
• Documentation & Clinical Reporting: maintain accurate clinical notes and reports.
• Therapeutic Programming & Patient Support: lead groups to enhance emotional regulation and coping.
