Qualifications

• MA in Psychiatric Nursing and an active Florida ARNP license.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, consumers, employees and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Conduction of medications clinics, monitoring and adjusting drug therapy per established protocol.
• Perform diagnostic evaluation of consumer needs.
• Coordinate, monitor and supervise delivery of clinical treatment services by clinicians and support staff.
• Complete required consumer-related documentation for clinical services and maintain up-to-date clinical records.
• Provide on-call coverage as program Clinical Administrator as required.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with other internal departments, programs and community agencies.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through in-service education, workshops, conferences and self-study.
