Job summary
Centerstone seeks a licensed ARNP to deliver advanced nursing and medical services to Mental Health/Addiction clients under established Florida protocols. You will assess, prescribe, educate, and coordinate care across programs.
Responsibilities include reviewing treatment plans, initiating involuntary Baker Act processes when indicated, conducting psychiatric evaluations, and consulting with staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- RN with Master's Degree in clinical area or ARNP training recognized by the Board of Nursing.
- ARNP trained in Mental Health/Addictions or experienced with this population.
- Experience with Mental Health/Addictions across adult and geriatric populations.
- Currently licensed to practice as an ARNP in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate referred clients for medical therapy and prescribe within protocols.
- Review and sign treatment plans and related documents as required.
- Initiate Baker Act documentation and facilitate inpatient admissions when indicated.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and disability determinations (SSI).
- Consult with staff on diagnosis, treatment, and program development.
- Train staff and clients in disease prevention and health maintenance.
