Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Psychiatry in Wisconsin. This full-time role offers on-site work with hybrid options. You will perform psychiatric assessments, manage treatment plans, and provide both in-person and telepsychiatry services as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Wisconsin APRN license, national board certification, prescriptive authority, and has strong clinical and collaborative skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin APRN license.
• Appropriate national board certification.
• Prescriptive authority as required for the position.
• Experience providing psychiatric or behavioral health care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing medication management and monitor patient response to treatment.
• Prescribe medications within scope and Wisconsin regulations.
• Provide patient education on diagnoses and treatment options.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other care team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in care coordination and treatment planning.
• Provide telepsychiatry services when appropriate as part of hybrid schedule.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
