Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient behavioral health team at our Bothell, WA location. You will conduct psychiatric assessments, manage medications, and collaborate with in-house therapists to provide comprehensive care.

Preferred PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych certification; outpatient experience is valued. A $5,000 hiring incentive is offered for qualified candidates at this location.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required).
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) (preferred).
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
