Job summary

Columbia Mental Health in Rockville, MD, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative outpatient team. You will provide psychiatric assessments, manage ongoing psychopharmacology, and participate in interventional treatments like TMS and Spravato.

Licensed in the state with behavioral health experience is required; PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato
