Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network (TCN), seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative outpatient team in Seattle, WA. The AP provider will perform psychiatric assessments, manage medications, and work with therapists to deliver evidence-based treatments including TMS and Spravato.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych certification preferred.
• Experience working in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience working with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato

Skills

Licensed and board-certified

Behavioral health experience (FNP/PA)

PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych (preferred)

Outpatient experience (preferred)

Lifespan patient care (preferred)
