Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing services for an assigned program.
• Define and implement treatment goals as part of the treatment team.
• Provide continuous patient care and observation.
• Role modeling to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

CPI/seclusion/restraint training/certification

Knowledge of psychiatric care techniques

Knowledge of de-escalation and assaultive behavior management techniques

Thorough knowledge and training in CPR

Excellent leadership skills

Effective Human Relations skills

Effective oral and written communication skills

Education

High School Graduate or equivalent
